WorkplaceYoga ~ Stress at work is an everyday fact. The effects of stress include tension, anxiety, fatigue, and depression. YogaWorks Toronto offers a range of classes specifically designed to alleviate stress in the workplace. On-site sessions usually take place during lunch hours or after work, and run between 60 and 75 minutes.
Yoga to Go ~ Let us bring yoga to your school, home or community location. All you need is a suitable floor space and well-ventilated room. Private or small-group instruction is available at varying rates.
